- General – Any question in general.
- For block /error 25-55 “Account Block”
- My account is blocked “Account Hold”
- My chat has been deslisted “Chat Block”
- Want my web to be unblocked “Domain Unblock”
- Want to change my email “Email Change or Email Hint”
- Want to change my location “Location Update”
- My account has been locked out “Locked Out”
- I forgot my email and password “Lost Access”
- I lost my authentication code “Lost Auth”
- I have problem with payments “Payment Problems”
- Want to report a scam site “Report Phishing Site”
- Want to report a scam “Report Scam”
- Want to buy a short name “Short Names”

Things i have to know before sending a ticket.
DO NOT give any personal information in tickets, for example: passwords, address or telephone numbers. Important: The xat staff do not speak Spanish, so you have to write everything just as is written in the photos below. Tickets who have been written in the wrong section would not be answered and will be eliminated. They can take 24 to 72 to respond to your ticket, so you’ll have to be patience. If you open several tickets about the same subject, you can have a ban from the ticket support system.
